For being in St. George for 8 days/7 nights, you would think that the kids would eventually get sick of the pool, but that was not the case on this trip. They enjoyed going to the pool every day and we
definitely spent EVERY day there. It was a lot of fun though and the kids did a lot of fun activities and got along well. They also learned how to do a few new fun tricks. We taught
Adelie how to do cannon balls and
Whytli how to do flips and hand stands in the water. Mallory was pretty much just a little wuss and did not dare to get too far into the water and do much. She hung out the whole time on the sides splashing and playing by herself. I tried to show her that with a life jacket,
floaties, or in a floaty that she would not drown and that she could go around all over in the pool but it did not work. She would just cry the whole time and wanted to go back to her safe zone on the side of the pool. Kenya and Nash were great babies the entire time. Our condo was next to the pool so we brought our monitors and they were able to take their long naps while we hung out at the pool. At the pool they did really great too. Nash never fussed one time while in it. He did not care if he got splashed in the face or his whole body dunked into the water.
On Thursday night Jon and Brett decided to come down and surprise the kids and have a couple of days to hang out with them. The kids were so excited to have their dads there. They had a great time playing at the pool with them.
Kellye and I missed them tons too so it was great to have them there for a couple of days.

Adelie on Brett's shoulders. She was really afraid to do this but did great and realized it wasn't that scary
after all.
Whytli on Brett's shoulders. She wasn't afraid to do this at all.
